USThe location was good. It’s close to the railway station and the center of hinckley.
There was no hot water. We managed to get 2 cm of hot water from the boiler a day and the shower never got hot. We informed k suites about this, ended up having to call several times to get a response, and they said they would send somebody. Nobody showed until 5:30 in the evening and they didn’t have a spare key to the property. They then told us they wouldn’t be able to come until after our stay. So we didn’t have hot water for any days we stayed there. K Suites staff then blamed us for the situation instead of apologizing about the lack of hot water.

INLocation is excellent. Walkable to train & bus station, restaurants are near by.
Cooking facilities are not enough.
GBGBLocation we had to extend for longer stay then planned, as my parent where waiting for the house renovation of their Home. And they where very helpful.
Stairs to property not very safe, no railings. could do with updating the property. Huge Crack in lounge window, Bath had no safety matt, from preventing to slip. Parking was a bit of an issue.
