GBIt was spacious and it was very clean
I liked everything about the property, only thing I would suggest is to have fans in the 2 bedrooms and the sitting room as the flat got extremely hot, however, it was still a great stay.
AUThe location was good (apart from the noisiness), the flat was well-equipped but would be better for 2 couples or a couple and a single rather than a couple & 2 other adults. The wifi was good.
It was extremely noisy, well into the night. The stairwells smelled of weed or something.
GBEasy to pick up the keys, code sent on the day in good time. The car park underneath the apartment block was a great bonus.
GBThe flat is in a quiet location with a view of the arboretum. A friendly breakfast/brunch is available from 10am at the arboretum cafe a minute or so away. There was briefly some happy family noise from the adjoining flat during the afternoon (perhaps a visiting family? not a problem, regardless) but otherwise everything was quiet inside and out. It was clean and well-appointed.
The radiators were on and I failed to work out how to turn the heating down or off. But the hosts were easy to contact so I'm sure it would have been sorted if I'd pursued the matter.

GBEasy to find, loved the underneath parking Well equipped Apartment with everything you need.
It does state noise as in a student area, the building straight across had a large gazebo in the garden, and i happened to be staying on a Thursday night that they decided to have a party, so loud music from 7pm but to be fair it did go off at 10pm. I wasn’t bothered as me & my companions were busy chatting and I didn’t go to bed until 11pm, but others may be put off.
GBIt was a lovely property in an amazing location.
