Nice, spacious apartment close to the train station and the old town. It was clean and quiet. Easy check-in (the host provided us the code to the doors). I recommend it!

The apartment has very stylish and spacious main rooms, with amazing high ceilings, tall narrow windows and shutters opening onto the balcony that wraps around the corner of the building. Together with the access stairwell from the huge entrance doors at street level it has great vintage character and sense of place. The landlord couldn't meet us as he was unwell so we did struggle somewhat to work out the door access codes but the neighbours were very helpful and it worked fine once we'd learnt it. The landlord was easy to contact and very supportive. Great location - easy to walk into the town centre, nearby shops and for getting out of town into surrounding area. Good free Wifi and very clean. A few more utensils etc in kitchen would have been welcome, but good to have a full kitchen with seating.

As with older parts of most towns in Italy it can be a struggle to find parking but we always got something not far away. The junction below the apartment was however rather a busy at times and very noticeable in the mornings - again this is standard town life of course and we got fairly use to it.

The location was fine. Close to the train station, beach and center.

What was missing was an equipment to dry your beach towels etc. There is no washing machine which is very inconvenient. Also the location of the house, a corner on a busy crossing was not very confertable. Until very late at night, or early in the morning there was a lot of noice from traffic.

The appartment was very comfortable and spacious with big balcony through all the appartment. The property is near the train station wich would be a huge advantage for your trips around Puglia. As well near the main square and centro storico in Monopoli. The host provided us with breakfast, coffee, bottled water and juice. The bed was very enjoyable and the whole appartment smelled really nice. Because of the charming decor, impeccable neat and serene interior with many useful amenities we would place this accommodation very high on our recommendation list.

Because of the very good location sometimes it was a bit loud during the nights. Also we would suggest a washing machine to be offered in the appartment.
