The location,pool area and amenities in the complex. Spacious apartment

Would have been nice to have a proper couch and nicer beds. Also it was a bit cold some nights and quite noisy . No bed for baby when we arrived even though it was requested

The staff were amazing. Allowed us a late checkout, held onto our luggage, printed boarding passes etc. Aoartment was spotless couldn't fault it all in all very happy and would return.

The only complaint i have is that you have to pay for the umbrellas and lounger mattresses for the pool.

Loved space in apt and the fact it was, as always so clean. Have stayed 7 times now and love it, but next time I want my fav apt 318

Stayed room 128 directly over Chill Out Bar Knew it was budget apt but was soooo noisy. Asked Lionel to turn music down from around 11:00pm butI think he turned it up. Reported fridge had no door on ice box and thermostat was falling off on first day, but no one came to look at it. Still love the place but general areas near lifts could do with a painting to make the place look sharp. Would love to know there was AC in all rooms
