Alojamiento amplio y la cocina muy bien equipada. El anfitrión muy amable y atento.

Para aparcar es una odisea, nos llegamos a tirar una hora y media para encontrar sitio.

The sound insulation was a bit thin.

Excellent facilities, very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Lovely bed linen and super comfy bed. Great shower. Aircon. Mostly quiet. Easy access. Five minutes to the metro, two minutes to supermarket. Very helpful and friendly hosts.

I loved how spacious and clean the apartment was it had everything you need and more inside. On top of that hosts were amazing. You had all the amenities but is amazing and you will love this place. Once the issue is resolved we will once again come to this place after we visit Valencia again. But there was an issue...

When you visit Valencia all the booking are on the ground floor and the ground floor is on the street level so basically when you open the door you are in the apartment or street. Valencia streets in the summer can smell on the sewers. From the first day we entered the apartment we complained about the smell coming from the bathroom it was resolved but then it came back the day after. Host try to fix the problem with the plummer but unfortunately it needs a reconstruction and hopefully the host so will do it so this apartment will be amazing again.

Nada, todo perfecto

Era todo muy nuevo, bonito y cómodo. La cama y la ducha una maravilla. Tuvieron el detalle de dejar café, agua, desayuno, aceite, sal, azúcar... y eso lo agradecimos. Los propietarios muy amables, no sabíamos como entrar con el código y nos ayudaron enseguida, y estuvieron atentos por cualquier cosa.

Era un local habilitado como vivienda, es decir, no tiene ni una ventana, hay una puerta con cristal opaco y lo que le sigue eran ventanas opacas pero dan directamente a la calle, hay poca intimidad. Nos faltó un tendedero también porque al no haber balcón ni nada parecido tuvimos q poner las toallas y pareos en las sillas del comedor como pudimos. El sofá era incómodo, de un tejido un poco desagradable, y el precio que pagamos era para q hubiera un sofá mejor. Nosotras estuvimos mucho en el apartamento y nos faltó todo lo q he comentado, pero si no vais a estar casi en el apartamento pues es suficiente, solo que creo q el precio es demasiado teniendo en cuenta que es un local hecho vivienda. También salía olor desagradable del baño, seguramente de las tuberías, nada más llegar olía bastante pero el resto de días fue solo en momentos puntuales.

The interior is nice and clean. We used the sofa bed also, which was nice. Kitchen is well stocked. Loved the ceiling fan in the bedroom.

It’s not in a good neighborhood. The neighborhood is run down and has lots of construction. There are not many clean and nice-looking restaurants here. When you open your room door, you’re literally out on the street. That didn’t feel safe. The house has no blackout curtains, and your room gets light 24 hours because of street lamps. The bathroom smells like sewage. We couldn’t leave the bathroom door open because of the smell.
