Excellent location with a lovely, clean apartment perfectly located in the old town of Parma. Great for a family with 2 beds in the living room and a comfortable double in the bedroom. Communication was in Italian, but easy enough to use google translate. The air-conditioning was very welcome with a couple of days of above 25 degrees. Two bottles of cold water in the fridge was appreciated also. You cannot park at the accommodation but it was an easy walk from the train station for us.

Very good value and great location in the center of the old town only a block from the cathedral. The street is a walking street with very little traffic on the surrounding streets. The bed was comfy and the air conditioner cooled the living room well. The washer was nice and the drying rack useful.

The single air conditioner is in the hallway across from the living room, and it did not cool the bedroom very well. I would have liked a fan to circulate air to the bedroom. The kitchen chairs were a bit unstable.

Perfect location for business and leisure. A clean, elegantly decorated, recently renovated, well stocked apartment. More than enough to host a family. Staff responded to our requests/questions immediately. Parking not available (as common in Italy) but parking options available (e.g. Toschi) within a few minutes walk.
