The location is excellent - just 6 minutes walk to Jemaa el-Fna and 15 minutes to the souk. Although the hotel is located in a busy tourist area, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The pillows and mattress are of excellent quality, and we slept very well. The staff were extremely helpful, even allowing us to store our luggage at the hotel free of charge for 3 days while we went to on a desert tour. Breakfast was excellent, and they offered us freshly made omelettes. The room was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed.

All the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We accidentally left our charger and adapter at the hotel, and after returning from a three-day desert trip, we went back to ask about them—thankfully, the team had found and kept them safe for us. We only stayed one night, but had to leave early the next morning at 7:30am for a desert tour. The staff kindly offered to prepare a takeaway breakfast. In the end, we chose to have a quick 10-minute breakfast at the hotel instead, and they generously allowed us access to the restaurant 20 minutes before the official opening time and explained that due to the time being, only have half of the food is ready. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was very clean and well-equipped, including a hairdryer. We also arranged an airport shuttle (MAD200), which was a smooth experience—the doorman came to meet us just a minute’s walk from the hotel upon arrival. We needed to exchange money as well, and the doorman, Abdul (apologies if I’ve misspelled his name), went above and beyond. Knowing it was our first time in Morocco, he accompanied us to a nearby exchange shop and then clearly explained directions in four different ways to ensure we wouldn’t get lost on the way back. We also tried the traditional hammam (30 minutes) and a 60-minute tonic massage (the “Invigorating Energy” treatment) at the spa, which were both excellent experiences. We would absolutely love to come back again!

Absolutely loved there was a kettle in the room. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Great location.

Our original hotel was no longer available and this was very last minute so had no time to review. Very kind and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent especially the scrambled eggs

It was a bit dark in the alleyway to the hotel at night.
