Walk Everywhere in Roma Norte: 3 BR, Balconies

It was a wonderful location, clean, very spacious and comfortable. All the amenities worked and the decor was nice. It was great to have an elevator. Host was very responsive.

There was a door man, so you needed to wait for them to come and open to get in. You didn’t have to wait too long. If you are staying during the summer, there is no air conditioning.

The apartment is very spacious and bright , located in centre of Roma district with many cafe restaurants around . The beds are very comfortable to sleep on . Easy to take uber from property to go anywhere of the city . Two balcony is a plus with nice street view . Host replied fast and was really helpful

4 nights in Mexico City Apr 10 - Apr 14 Everything seemed great during my stay until I returned home and started developing itchy red bumps that were later confirmed by a doctor as bed bug bites. The bites appeared gradually, and I ended up visiting urgent care and a dermatologist, where I was prescribed oral antihistamines (Hydroxyzine and Loratadine), topical steroid cream (Triamcinolone 0.1%), and other medications to manage the severe itching and inflammation. The experience has been incredibly stressful — not just physically, but emotionally as well. I had to wash and steam all my belongings, including luggage and bedding, in fear that I might have brought the bugs home with me. While the property may appear clean at first glance, this hidden issue completely overshadowed my trip. I sincerely hope the property addresses this seriously to prevent future guests from going through a similar experience. Unfortunately I didn’t get a FULL REFUND. My room was the one located in the back of the property, with the gray-colored bedding set.

We had a great stay! The place was in a perfect location close to some adorable breakfast cafes and within walking distance of lots of delicious restaurants. The host was wonderful and always available to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Great location/neighborhood with many restaurants nearby. The property was as described and was clean, spacious and well stocked with plenty of water, coffee/tea, etc. Security guards at the building were friendly and always ready to open the main door when we arrived. Host Jeanette was super responsive and provided an extensive list of recommendations that were helpful. She also accommodated our request for late check out and our pre-arrival request for extra towels. All 3 bedrooms come with standing fans and big closets. Neighborhood is charming and quiet and has great options nearby for eating, drinking and mezcal/tequila shopping (el Liqour store a few blocks away will also let you taste options before purchasing). Would definitely recommend this place.

The location is great and walkable to all that we wanted in Roma Norte. The property manager was professional and communicative for all our questions. Nice towels and soap/lotions.

Within the first few days of our stay, the lights in the common area and the elevator were out for almost 24 hours. The primary bedroom had a missing blind that we had to contact the manager about (to her credit, she resolved this very quickly). And most critically, due to that same power issue that required city workers to fix, running water was off for 24 hours. They did have gallons of water delivered for our comfort. We understand that it’s bad luck and not the fault of the property manager, but that doesn’t mean it didn’t adversely impact the early part of our stay. We did message the manager with our position that we were entitled to a partial refund and asked her what she thinks is fair. She escalated our request and we were given a refund for the day we didn’t have water. We think this is fair and shows the professionalism of the management company.

Absolutely loved the property! The location was amazing and we walked everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed.
