"I can absolutely recommend to stay at this nice and cosy place."

The breakfast has been very good with fresh fruits, bread, toast eggs, croissants, and mutch more. Check In was fast and easy. The rooms are nice, modern and absolutely clean.

WiFi sometimes is a bit slow.

"Best breakfast you’ll find for a long time. Great hosts."

The breakfast was simply amazing!! Apple & pear strudel, lots of fruit incl blueberries, fresh breads including croissants, various cereals, prosciutto, yoghurts, eggs, juices. Perfect. Location was great - super quiet. Hosts were excellent. Facilities very clean and fresh.

Bed quite firm - still comfortable.

"Lovely stay, highly recommend"

Great hosts, we had an early flight and they made sure to leave us snacks. Bed was insanely comfortable, and it was only 15 min from both the airport and the florence tram, making it very convenient too.

"A modern room at a good cost."

The room was spotless, modern fixtures and comfortable. We appreciated self serve coffee and water.

We were disappointed that breakfast, even some fruit or pastry, was not available to us before we left for our flight in the morning.

Value for money ,excellent hospitality ,new resort,very clean, nice breakfast but I would prefer closer to Firenze.

If you need to travel every day to Firenze you have to consider that the time its about an hour during the rush hour.
