Grassland 4 (Townhouse)

Mr Edwin was very warm and welcoming. He showed me around just to acquaint me with the place. He communicated well in advance regarding my ETA and my checkout. I liked the cleanliness of the house. Having the heater in the lounge, electric blanket and an extra blanket in the bedroom was a banger in this winter. Let alone, a fleece in the lounge. I could snuggle in it while watching TV. The bathroom is quite spacious, the area is quiet and peaceful. There were utensils, dish cloth and dishwashing soap which was very convenient as it’s a self-catering place. I didn’t find myself stranded with something.

There’s nothing really that I didn’t like about the property. One minor thing is, one need to request to go to the mall but I think Waterfront Mall might be a walking distance for those who don’t mind walking🤣Also maybe a broom and dustpan would do for someone who will stay for more days UNLESS room services is provided when requested then they might not be necessary

Safe and central location

I liked that I had an apartment all to myself. Big and spacious. Felt homely. The host was helpful and friendly

The complex is full of students who were bit noisy, but nothing hectic. No aircon and iron available.

Everything was excellent

It was clean and closer to CUT

I had to wake up early and switch on the gysyer every time before taking a bath. After classes I had to wait to take a bath because I forgot to switch on the gysyer.

Location, the space was good

There was no heater ,the house was very cold and kitchen utensils needs a replacement they are too old

The place was clean and the owner was a great host assisted me a lot
