Grassland 4 (Townhouse)

The unit was well priced. It was neat and modern. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was more than sufficient for cooking needs and the host supplied coffee, milk and bottled water. The unit was well set out. The bed had electric blankets which is definitely needed in winter. The host Edwin was extremely friendly and helpful with any request i had.

The unit needs more scatter carpeting especially in winter as it gets extremely cold. There was a little heater supplied which did not warm the unit up. The braai area outside needs to be weeded as the weeds are overtaking the courtyard. The shower floods the bathroom when you shower, and you need to sweep the water back into the shower. The area that the unit is in is not the best, but the property is fully fenced and has controlled gate access so its ok. I did not feel unsafe there at any time. A bedside lamp would also help as getting out of bed to put the light on in winter is not pleasant but not something that would make me not consider staying there.

Great hospitality from Mr. Edwin, the location was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect and close to Athletics Stadium.

Throughly enjoyed my stay at Grassland. The host, Mr. Edwin was courteous and went above and beyond. The amenities are fantastic. The place is well maintained and I loved the cleanliness of the apartment. Definitely great value for money. I highly recommend the place.
