The beds being in the seating area - although we did know in advance. The mattresses on the single beds were exceeding firm, which one of our party found uncomfortable.

Everything was okay except that the description or photos do not show that the second bedroom with the two single beds is actually part of the living room and is not a separate room.

GBGreat location for getting to Fiskardho. Lovely local villages for food shopping and tavernas. Easy drive to beaches. Peaceful, very modern and clean.
Because this collection of villas have been newly built the view is over a rocky area that has been flattened by diggers and also the car park. Once it has been landscaped the setting will be beautiful as you have a lovely view out to sea in the distance, but at the moment it feels unfinished. The second bedroom (twin) is open to the rest of the villa (no wall) so not ideal with kids if you want to stay up later than them, but you could put kids in the main bedroom and adults sleep in the open plan room.
