Travstel staff were very accommodative. Frequently updating us the locations that we could visit and utilize the timings of our stay in pondicherry. Like the constant follow ups.

Nothing to Dislike

I had a pleasant stay here. The hospitality was really good – they were friendly, helpful, and even guided us with a local sightseeing plan. They also provided a rental bike, which made traveling around much easier. The location is convenient, very close to the Auroville bus stop. The stay itself was simple and neat, with a room that was spacious enough for two people. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience

an amazing stay and even amazing host Auroville is the most secure place. I would suggest to book a stay in Auroville rather than in Pondicherry, that too in Casa De Neel. It is easily accessible from Pondi too. 200 mts walk for a beautiful sunrise spot in Auro beach suitable for anyone like solo travellers, friends, family, couple, mostly for female travellers. I would suggest book a stay in Casa De Neel Itself. Rooms are also very neat clean with AC Ram anna, an amazing host. Rarely u see the people who are soo giving and helpful to others, he is one of them. He made sure we had a great time in Auroville and Pondicherry. He planned us entire itinerary for whole 2 days, including cafes, restaurants, sunset spots, beaches (one less crowded beach too) We planned to stay for 2 days, but everything was soo good that decided to stay back one more day. All thanks to Ram Anna for making us feel so comfortable throughout our stay

Ram was super helpful. He had plenty of good ideas and really worked hard to make my stay great, even after I left. And he took me to a temple that was having a special celebration, which was awesome! Really nice rooftop view.

The neighbourhood has lots of trash around but that's India.

Rooms were good and clean, host was very responsive and friendly.

Just a suggestion: Mattress could've been better, it was too springy but still serves the purpose.
