I liked the amount of room the condo provided. It was spacious. Balcony was nice

Condo was not very clean, sand and dirt over floors, stains on bedsheet In master bedroom, and between counter and stove was disgusting. Never cleaned.

I loved the location close enough to everything if I needed to go out but tucked away just enough to stay away from Panama chaos.

The on property staff were not the friendliest but I’ve had worse. There was one gentleman who was amazing and unfortunately I couldn’t catch his name. Older and seen my mother just had surgery and he walked us to an elevator that would better benefit her so she didn’t have to walk a long distant.

THE UNIT #312 WAS VERY SPACIOUS, & COMFORTABLE! NICE PIECE OF REAL ESTATE! GREAT LOCATION IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING, & RIGHT ACROSS FROM WALMART!!!

THE LONG WALK FROM THE 3RD LEVEL PARKING IN THE SOUTH PSRKING GARAGE, UP TO THE 4TH FLOOR, OF THE BUILDING, AND THEN CATCH THE ELEVATOR TO THE 3RD FLOOR! IN A FIRE EMERGENCY IT WOULD BE HARD TO EVACUATE THE BUILDING!

There were a few things that had not been cleaned like the shower in the first bedroom and the one cabinet had not been cleaned so there was some seasonings that had spilled in there. There was also some ashes out on the balcony but despite this the rest of the place was super clean and the amenities were fantastic, as was the location. I would definitely stay here again for the amenities and location alone.

We, a family of five, stayed there six days. Arrived on a wednesday during the evening, and left next week on tuesday morning. Apartment and location were a plus. Everything that you need for a long stay for your family is available. Beach is just across the street. And you are at walking distance for many restaurants, groceries, and more. Very quite place, something that we valued very much.

The premises requires you to have wristbands for everyone. Our host forgot to leave the wristbands in the apartment. Hence we were having troubles since security guards asked for them as a prove thay we were staying there whenever we tried to get into the premises. We just got the wristbands 2 days before we leave the place. There were also a welcoming book inside the apartment telling you that they have for your beach enjoy some beach chairs, umbrella, and a few more things, but those things were not there.It comes out that the welcoming book was not updated.

It was super comfortable, clean, and close to the beach

The elevator situation was weird, we had to climb stairs from the parking garage on floor 3 to the 4th floor, then take an elevator to the 3rd floor and walk a decent ways to our room. The only direct route from the parking garage was from the 4th floor stairs, elevators in the parking deck aren’t connected to the building, so it was a bit more of a hike to our room than anticipated
