تم إلغاء الحجز بدون الرجوع لي وتم حجزها لشخص آخر وانا كنت في الطريق من الرياض لم اعلم بهذا ولما وصلت تفاجئت بإلغاء الحجز وكان الرد من الموظف بكل برود انه آخر موعد للدخول الساعة السادسة مساء وتم إلغاء حجزك… لماذ لم يتم التواصل معي وطلب السداد واذا لم اسدد سوف بلغاء الحجز وليس بهذه الطريقة التي غير موازين رحلتي وخاصةً ونحن في موسم عيد.

المكان جيد والإقامة ممتازة

المسبح أغلق للصيانة في وقت سي ومعروف ان الهدف من الإقامة لترفية الأطفال ولاكن للأسف كان توقيت الصيانة سيئ.

Carpets look dirty , towels rundown, reception staff unfriendly don’t greet , pool was under maintenance, had the most noisy neighbors… breakfast blend
