Shower didn’t work - no hot water Dishwasher broken with a thick layer of dust on the top of it Sponges for cleaning in the kitchen was used and dirty Sink in downstairs toilet leaked all over the floor Garden could do with some love and tidy Stairs are dangerous - not suitable for kids or older people (father in law nearly fell down them ) also the banister was very loose and wobbly There was a fan but it was broken it was so loud
GBNothing. We refused to stay. The only saving grace was the owner refunded immediately.
It’s in the middle of a dreadful estate. We got there two hours later than planned & there were 4 people in the back garden (says terrace) and two in the house still cleaning at 6pm.

GBGBI was a bit skeptical because of some reviews but booked anyway and it was perfect for us. Location was good, close to Gunwharf and train station, Communication was good and the house was stylish and modern. I would stay again
The garden was messy with leaves but typical english weather.
