Casa Terra: Apartment 50 meters from the beach

близко к пляжу, большие, чисто, много места. при выезде - просто захлопнуть двери

что-то постоянно гудит каждую ночь. возможно это даже не в самой квартире - но спать нормально не возможно ( 2 спальни из трех). последнюю ночь было особенно невыносимо. каждые 2 минуты - включается какой-то шум на 10 сек. и так ВСЮ ночь. если вы желаете выспаться - не сюда, особеннно, если сон чуткий. как будто телефон на вибро режиме - и он "гудит вам" всю ночь. окна закрыть/открыть не помогает.

The location is perfect, this apartment had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend Casa Terra!

Location is good

No water, no internet- wifi password incorrect, spend many hours to find out how to connect, host don't speak any language except Spanish, i.possible to communicate , air-conditioning only in common space but not in the sleeping rooms.

The apartment was clean and tidy, and the person passed the keys very quickly. The location was amazing. Sandy clean beach in 2 min walk, supermarket in front of house, cafes, restaurants around the corner.

No beach towels provided No floor cleaning brush or mop provided.

Las camas y almohadas son un poco incómodas

El apartamento es amplio, tiene menaje de cocina, dos baños cómodos, la ubicación es muy buena tiene supermercado en la esquina, bares, cafeterías, playas..de todo lo necesario. En las habitaciones no hay aire acondicionado, dentro del apartamento hay dos. Pero se esta muy a gusto en cuanto clima ya que enfría todo el piso.

Las camas son super bajitas, algo incómodas al momento de acostarse o levantarse. La terraza no se utiliza por q están los compresores de aire acondicionado y hace muchísimo calor. Pero tampoco es que haga falta usarla la verdad.. por que tiene un comedor y un salón super comodo.

En una palabra...Repetiré

The location

The beds were bad, very low and with thin mattresses, not suitable for older people. The apartment was cold and difficult to heat up, the only place to stay was in the saloon. It was extremely humid and uncomfortable to stay in the house, the bedlinnen was humid and cold. Our son developed pulmonia from a cold he already had so we actually decided to move out. We contacted the owner to let her know. There were little instructions for the washing machine and oven. Wind was leaking through the window in one of the rooms. The electric ovens were too small for heating up the rooms. We found the price not worth the stay and admit that we have spent the double on other housing. . Surely not the place to stay in wintee.

Location was excellent , was very spacious apartment . lots of restaurants near by and very good supermarket in 10 meters with excellent chicken, meat , cheese and ham desk. very good service. very clean . sometimes little bit cold at this time of year but two air heat pumps and oil batteries for all bedrooms (we only need one cause just using one bedroom) was fine. there is also under floor heating but did notice that just week before we left. Overall I would recommend this at least for couples.

this is not actually what we did not liked but just to maybe get thinks better to next quests. There was no information for TV, under floor heating , solarium ( I think this is on the roof mentioned in web site) could not have access to there, oven was challenging cause almost all controls have been faded. So I would suggest that you make good info set either in paper or web site but show it clearly where you can find information.

Location was really great and the apartment was lovely and clean There’s an under ground car park 2 blocks up

The 2 double beds are very low on the ground and have wooden frames around them. A bit uncomfortable
