Are stay wasn't long enough

The place was loverly decorated with new carpets which were soft and cosy , nice loverly fluffy towels, soap and cling film and food bags were left The space was small but acceptable for 2 adults 4yr old and a med dogu Very near to the beech and different services shop pub chip shop. in the next caravan hoilday park , and 2 parks . 15 min drive to bridlington which was great . Had a little courtyard which was nice Total only put £4 in the meter lasted us 4 days

There were a few things that could have made the trip better , WiFi code wasnt given in the pack i had to ask maintance worker , when it did work wasnt great , have a small child who is always wants to play and having the tv Iplayer from the start so that we can unpack get bags ready for going out etc The double bed matress needs replacing it you could tell lots of people as very soft . The carpet grip hadn't been fixed down flush to the floor so if u stood on it the screws came up and hurt your feet. The frount gate panel was broken and my dog tried to get out the maintance man fixed that straight away which was very impressed when I asked, would have been great if the fence was higher as my child and dog tried to climb over Shower was blocked so when having a shower the tray would overspill then leave scum sand etc There wasn't a closed freezer so ice creams couldn't be bought or ice packs to help with packed lunches etc as there isn't any cafe on the beach frount . It was very hot so having fans to plug in would have been nice

Lovely little chalet, well kept and great amenities. We especially liked that there was travel cot and high chair for the baby.

Not so much hot water.

The beds were comfy and the shower was better than I thought it would be. This property was brilliant for an overnight stay as we were not in the property for long. I think I would have wanted it to be a little bit better if I was staying for longer.

Just a little tired. Wallpaper was peeling and laminate floor was gappy and warping (a cheap rug would cover this up). Sofa was hard.

The property is a chalet in a large development of chalets. It's not surprising then that it is quite small. Even so, it offers a small private outside area with a picnic table, so if the weather co-operated you would be able to expand outside which would make life easier with more than two people. My friend and I, plus her dog, found it quite suitable for the one-night stay we needed (to break up a longer journey). It meant we could each have a room, rather than sharing a twin room in a b&b for example. The TV wasn't quite working as expected (though streaming via wi-fi worked fine) and when we asked the host, he came round straightaway to try to solve the problem. Everything was very clean and looked to be in good order. The kitchen looked to be well equipped, but we only really used the kettle, given our short stay. The host said the property was about to be refurbished, so there will probably be some differences whenever the next person books it. At present, even though the description doesn't make it clear, there is one double bed and the other room has twin beds. So you can sleep 4 adults if required. We had no problem parking the car quite near to the chalet. You can walk to a very nice sandy beach fairly easily and if you wanted to, you could walk safely all the way into the middle of Bridlington, either along the beach or on the pathway above.

It has clearly been a struggle to fit everything into such a small space and as a result the bathroom is a little cramped. But it all works! Some of the info on how things work needs to be revised. For example the TV is no longer delivered via freesat.
