There are no generator in emergency BCS electricity gone that night.. and stafff never take care of costumer after I paid money...food are expensive and in low quality and quantity, bathroom was not cleaned, there are lot of mosquito and when I asked for anti mosquito equipment than they only say " sir ap room me jaiyye me bhijwa raha hu ' everytime when I asked.

There are no anything to like..... Only rubbish.... I never like to go there again

There was not a single thing which I would say I liked. I have stayed in numerous hotels but this was the worst experience of my life and perhaps the most pathetic experience for all of us who stayed there .

I'll start from the beginning. So we booked the hotel around 7pm, after which we received our confirmation or booking. Around 7.30pm i received a call from the hotel saying that our rooms are occupied so we will be shifting your stay to another hotel nearby. We reached Shimla around 11pm. I asked for the location of the hotel where we finally reached. There were stones kept around the hotel due to which it was impossible to turn back the car and go the another hotel where they shifted our booking. We kept the stones aside to turn back the car on which the staff who attended us started misbehaving from the very first interaction. he was so rude and used such an uncivilized language stating how dare you move the stones from their place, telling us to keep the stones right at their previous place without turning back the car. So We did that because we just stepped in shimla and didn't want to spoil our moods. After which he took to another hotel named "Moksha Villa" where there was no parking for us. So we checked in there and saw that the rooms were so small that there was not even 1 meter free space to walk around. The rooms were sober but too small and suffocating, we were given only a 2 inch medimix soap in our washroom. We booked 2 room out of which one room didn't even had an attached washroom. So to make our mood better we moved to the balcony to have a small party with our family members(cousins )Soon after an hour I receive a call from the hotel that it's getting noisy. They were so rude on the call itself and talked rubbish on the call as if they're gonna throw from the balcony. We still didn't say any words back and just slept back. In the morning when we went down to see the car, the car was completely covered with dirt and dust, the car was completely covered in thick mud. Now while checking out they started to ask us for RS. 500 because of a very small 1 inch stain on the bedsheet.

NOTHING, JUST A CRAP

It's just crap, the hotel and the staff as well. They do not cooperate with the guests. I was coming from Chandigarh and was too tired. I booked a room in this hotel for 495 and later on after reaching there at 9 pm they demanded double payment as I was only having 1 identity with me and there was no identification for another person. So I left that.
