HNFC Stays - Ideal for Business Travellers -2b

Three of my colleagues recently stayed at HNFC Stays and they were very pleased with their experience. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect choice for their visit. They especially appreciated the excellent location, which made getting around very convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, adding to the overall ease of the stay. They would happily return and highly recommend this accommodation to others.

The owner responded so quickly on WhatsApp, was really easy to get in. Lots of space. 2 double beds, a single bed and a sofa bed. We used them all and all were comfortable. Location was great for the Great North Run, easy metro links and we also got the bus from right outside.

The toilet was very slow filling, we had to keep filling it up - kept a pan in the bathroom to fill it up after use. Shower curtain wasn't very comfortable, felt very enclosed, no space. The water only came out of one of the taps (possibly linked to the toilet issue) I don't know if this was a water problem the night we stayed or an ongoing thing, but it's fine for a short term stay. Easy to collect keys.

Neither of the cold taps in the bathroom worked. No plug for the bathroom or kitchen. No washing up bowl either. Kitchen wall dirty. Only 3 mugs. Only 2 thin pillows on double bed. Can of flea spray in living room! Paint pealing off walls. Smoke detector missing from living room...... Pictures on website are very misleading. This place should be avoided.

The property was in the perfect location to get an uber straight into town. Checking in and checking out was easy.

Only 1 toilet roll.

Had room for 7 people

Dirty 1 - found common brown centipede crawling around in the kitchen sink 2 - found half eaten apple under the single bed 3- garden was full of used period pads, scrap , and rubbish etc 4- bunch of bot flys flying flying around the kitchen sink tap 5- moldy bathroom 6 - water leaking all over the bathroom from from somewhere Badly maintained 1 - the single bed collapse after my friend tried to lay on it to go sleep 2- that’s where he found a rotten apple 3 - bathroom walls where covered in black mold 4 - bathroom floor was covered in water due to a leak 5 - garden was a state - full of rubbish 6 - wifi wasn’t working . Tried resetting etc but was unable to connect

The location was easy to get to and enough parking for the group, easy access to the metro station to get to the city centre
