The place was nice, It is in block of flats where has Pool, play ground for kids, loundry machine(paid), shops in 5th floor. The room was clean, had ac, tv, wifi, double bed etc. The landlord was super nice and helpfull, he was litterely city guide for us explaining from where to order taxi, where to eat, especially where to find foor for Sahoor. He was giving all needed instructions on whatsapp. For this price I would definetly come with my family again!!!

Too many requests and warning

The room provided with android box who guest will enjoying , ac well funtioning, beside other xtvt outside and comvenient to find foods as many shop lots at ground floor.. The host very helpful give clear instruction to check in/out

well understand the room value for money guest should provide by themselves like toothpaste etc.

Near Uitm which is the place I want to go.

The owner in a sudden ask for deposite for damage or lost item in the house for RM100. I I didn't expect at all because based on my previous stay in many homestay before i've never been asked for deposite. The prices all as mentioned in advertisement. Feeling so bad because he treat me and my family as a thief that want to steal all his things or equipment in the house. I took as many pictures and videos as I could when we enter and leave the house as evidence. I asked back my deposite after checking out but he said that refund can only be paid in 24 hrs time and before 12pm. Then for the next day at 12pm my deposite still not in my acc untill i asked him again. Thank god i got back my depo. Promising myself i won't ever rent this homestay FOREVER. For those who are looking for homestay in this area, my advise is...try to find another homestay unless you haven't got any choices

The location is superb and the price quite lower if compared to others in that area. also the access for food and convenient store is amazing.
