"Quiet and comfortable in a good location"

It was in a nice central location and was very quiet.

The two flights of stairs were a bit hard to get the luggage up and the fly screens on the windows were broken. It was quite dark inside and the lighting could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was comfortable and clean and quaint with beautiful birds singing in the morning. We had a couple small issues with the hot water and the toilet but they dealt with them immediately. They kept in great contact with us. We would definitely stay here again. Small feedback for improvement would be the pullout mattress is a bit thin. It was ok for a couple nights but would be hard after that.

Nice quiet little apartment, well laud out with everything you need. Very clean.

No lift only stairs which was fine for us. Air con worked well in the living area but didn’t filter into the bedroom very well.

"Lovely stay!"

A very nice apartment in a quiet street. It is nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment is interior with no windows facing the street which means you get no noise from the street at all, which is great. It is in a really good location. There are some bars and restaurants nearby and the historic centre of Bologna just is an easy 10 minute walk away. Great communications with the host.

The apartment could have been cleaner. On the first day the shower was blocked, and the water would not drain away. This was fixed on the same day, but we should not have found it this way. The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift, be aware if you have heavy suitcases! With the apartment being interior there is little natural light.

Great Stay in Bologna We had a wonderful 5-day, 4-night stay at this place in Bologna. Everything we needed was very close by, and the property was very clean. Communication with the hosts and other contacts was very good and smooth. Highly recommended!
