USI love the property’s location and size. My family spent Christmas in New Orleans, and we really liked this home. The home has been beautifully renovated. It only takes minutes to get to all of the main attractions.
The parking was terrible. I like the thought behind providing a driveway and parking behind the house, but the space is so small. It will only accommodate small vehicles, no trucks or SUVs. The deck should moved to closer to the fence to allow turn around space. The beds are comfortable, but the frames are on the cheap side.
USNeighbor makes location horrible!!!!!
The furniture could be much better. There aren't even remotes for each TV. The neighbor directly across the street is a drug addict and racist. There is no upkeep of is property and he gets pissed if anyone parks on a public street. Comes home drunk and high and make racial slurs as well as hollers "go to a hotel".. not a comfortable environment. If you are going to continue to host from this location, to be successful you will have to buy him out of a really bad house that has no maintenance. Grass is at least two feet high. You need to figure it out.
USIt was very nice and clean! Most importantly, it was as pictured! Thank you for being a great host. Communication was great too!
Hoped they had more things for you like some places have more necessities offered. Like condiments and what not.
