Bayad anyar - Ubud Bali

The highlight of this place is the outdoor area facing the rice fields. We were there in May and it was never too hot to sit outside. There are also shades and fans outside. The pool area is beautiful with a lot of plants and comfy loungers although the water in the pool was a bit cold. The aircon was efficient and quiet. Bedrooms and bathrooms have good size and the bed was comfortable. The house is located 50m away from a busy road but we never had problems sleeping. The owner is very responsive and helpful. He was extremely flexible in arranging late breakfast for us. You can rent a scooter directly from him, which is recommended, because there are literally no shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The nearest restaurants can be reached in 5-10 mins on a motorbike. It takes 30mins during the day to get to Ubud center, due to heavy traffic. Wifi worked surprisingly fast for a rural area.

There are CCTV cameras all over the place, which is good for security but not so much for privacy. The toilet and the washbasin would need a good scrub to remove the layer of dirt.

If you are looking for comfortable place near Ubud famous places you deffenetly have to stay at this vila. The host was just amaizing, his son was perfect driver. We had 3 tours around in 3 days. Every one was perfect, Adi also recomended restorants with good food, nice view, or different exiting experience. Vila is in good location. Nearby (100 meters) is good and not expensive restorant. The breakfast at vila was perfect, we had everything we wanted. Also we had ATV ride nearby, witch we can also recomend. We were blessed to stay here for one week. Everyday was perfect, all our requests were fulfilled. The house was clean, the pool was perfect, top terrace had amaizing view to the rise fields. So much good words, but they deserved it!

I would like to thank Rena and Adi, his son for our super comfortable stay in Ubud area. The location is perfect and far from noisy streets. Hospitality of the owners was at the highest level. Special thanks for your attention to details, we were with kids and Rena organised a big yellow duck for them to swim in the swimming pool, that was really great. Another special thanks to the driving service that had been provided by Rena and Adi. We were happy to have our personal driver anytime and anywhere we wanted to go. Loved the hospitality we received, the peace and quiet in a perfect location overlooking the rice fields and pool. Really enjoyed our stay.

The bedroom are extremely huge with nice bathroom and bathtub! Also both bedroom are master.
