My experience was far from satisfactory, and it raised several concerns about the reliability of your services. Upon arrival early in the morning, I was shocked to discover that my booking had been canceled without any prior notification. To make matters worse, the hotel itself was completely misrepresented—appearing far shadier and less welcoming than the photos shown on your platform. This incident caused significant inconvenience and frustration, as I had to scramble to find alternative accommodation on short notice. I request an immediate explanation for this issue and a review of your listing practices to ensure such discrepancies do not occur in the future. From our experience it's not always easy to find a good hotel, but this one is exceptionaly nice and super comfortable. Look no further - this is the perfect place to stay! You will find here not just comfort, but also a fabulous team. We have been travelling in India since 2007, but never met such a kind and helpful staff members like in FabHotel. Even though we stayed just one night, their kindness and hospitality left the best memories of Kolkata. After checking in at the airport, we realised that we forgot one bag in the car. The hotel manager was so incredibly kind and drove back to the airport to bring us the bag. Highly recommend FabHotel!!!
