Royal Suite in Villa No 16

Csodás panoráma az erkélyről és a szobából is. Az óváros gyalogosan elérhető volt. Nyugodt, biztonságos környék. Szállásadó segítőkész volt. Tiszta, rendezett, tágas apartman.

It full-filled my needs, but was nothing special.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I HAVE BEEN TRAVELING 3 MONTHS AND THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE STAYED. The manager is never there and does not respond to text messages through Booking.com or phone calls. I texted the manager a day before my arrival asking for instructions for check in and got no response. When I arrived there was no one there and repeated phone calls to the manager went unanswered. I finally called Booking.com Customer Support, and they were able to contact him and send a message for opening the key box. Without their help I would have been locked out and have to find a different place to stay at the last minute. After I got in I could not find the room because there was no number on the door. At that point the manager called and explained where the room was. Because there was no number I assumed it was a locked storage room. After I got into the room I found there were no controllers for the air conditioners, and that the TV was totally disconnected with 4 loose cables and 2 remotes. I tried to figure out how to hook the TV up but was unsuccessful. At that point I repeatedly called the manager using the same phone number he had called me on and got no response. Finally after 5 or 6 calls he answered and his response was he would have the cleaning lady look into the lack of controllers and nonworking TV in the morning. I told him the apartment was hot and that was unacceptable, and asked him to come look into the problem. He refused, as apparently he never actually comes to the apartment complex. At that point I was totally frustrated by his lack of response to my problems, but he just hung up on me. Later he called to say someone had left controllers for the air conditioners at the empty reception desk downstairs. Why this person couldn't deliver them and at the same time help fix the TV was never explained. I retrieved the two controllers (there are 2 air conditioners), but only one worked, so only one air conditioner worked.

La amplitud y las vistas. Fueron amables con el chek out

La calefacción un poco corta. Habitación fresca. No hubo cambio de toallas en 4 días.

Przepiękny widok, dobra lokalizacja,ale wracając do hotelu trzeba iść pod dość stroma górkę

W ogóle nie było naczyń ani sztućców,a fajnie by było zjeść śniadanie przy tak pięknym widoku
