I have been going to the Caribbean resort for 6 years great resort

My room had view oh hallway and sideway view from balcony and living room housekeeping didn’t have none we washed all our own towels that’s lot of towels for six people for 5 days Cheerios. Under table we don’t eat Cheerios trash take out first told me to go down 20 floors cross stree on 30th street kidding me right after 3 days one maid I seen while I was taking teach said put it in front of door ty all other years I stayed each room had oceanfront view and cheaper bigger too I am glad I took 2 week vacation cause after this one I need vacation to rest after this my 3 grankids had great time on beach and pool

Resort pools were nice and clean. View was amazing.

Room safe battery died after locking our things inside. Rental company useless when it came to solving the problem. Stated the safe should not still be in the unit. Couldn't check in early due to deep cleaning but when we did check in the floors were filthy and I had to sweep. No mop available. Kurig was flashing that it needed descaling so we could not make coffee.
