"Prestations de haut standing pensées pour les locataires sur un site suspendu et impressionnant"

Logement de bon standing avec beaucoup de prestations et de services très bien pensés et utiles Très vaste Des équipements de qualité (literie, linge de maison, cuisine équipée, lave linge, tv x2, salon…) Plusieurs salles de douche Proche centre ville de Bellano et de la gare (pratique pour aller à varena) Vue splendide sur le lac de Côme et le port de Bellano Cadre global de la résidence de haut standing Et qq intentions d’accueil très sympa

L’accessibilité par un accès ruelle de type rampe en voiture difficile au niveau de la résidence: étroit et très fort dénivelé (possibilité de stationnement en bas au bord du lac) Malgré des déshumidificateurs : une petite odeur d’humidité Site que nous avons utilisé en octobre sans voisins : est ce aussi plaisant avec plus de monde ?

Schönes Appartement in optimaler Lage

Man bereitet hier sein Frühstück selbst vor- dafür ist die Ausstattung dürftig. Fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.

Mooi uitzicht, je kon heerlijk buiten op terras zitten en genieten van het uitzicht. Bed sliep top, heerlijk matras. Goede communicatie met de beheerder

Lastig om je bagage naar boven te krijgen, je moet behoorlijk wat trappen op.

Beautiful views, immaculately clean, provisions provided, e.g simple breakfast items, drinks etc, good shower, good communication throughout with friendly staff.

Only downside if you don’t like steps to get into main town area.

The Ponente apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a great view from the window. We needed some help from the staff who did everything possible for us.

It is difficult to cross the road by foot in order to walk into Bellano. The exit is on a fast bend.
