Huge, clean, modern apartment. Fantastic location. We will be booking again :)

lots of space and clean

no toilet brush cleaner and the key didn't work so had to leave the apartment door unlocked

The beds were really comfortable and you could smell the freshness of the washing powder on them. The little outside area was nice and the bathroom was lovely.

The key box was difficult to open, the doors were difficult to lock. The property didn't look like it had been cleaned from the previous occupants, greasy fingerprints on the microwave and the kitchen cupboards. Rubbish underneath the sofa bed in the lounge.

Location was great, great communication with the host

Just needs abit of TLC, checking of lightbulbs

Good location.

The front door was very difficult to unlock and lock. Only had 3 drinking glasses but loads of mugs. Shower walls were not cleaned from previous guests. Bathroom sink tap sprays water everywhere when turned on. Outside area was very dirty and unkept.

When we arrived we were allocated the wrong apartment. We finally got into the apartment and the smoke alarms were beeping. However landlord come to the rescue and resolved this very quickly! The main shower cubical in the bathroom the cold doesn’t work so scaulded myself so we all had to have a bath shower! Not ideal. This should be checked on every stay!! Location great and the apartment was lovely upstairs We got offered to have the full building but didn’t bother due to the room upstairs. However I then get a text two days after our stay from the admin woman to advise we need to pay for the downstairs has it’s been used!!! I was appalled how she blamed us straightaway because the cleaners said so. Then found out it wasn’t us it was previous people !!! I wouldn’t dream of using something that I hadn’t paid for. Neither would the rest of my group. Very unprofessional from Maria and this needs addressing! Blame game on a customer isn’t professional at all!!

Furnishings were comfortable

Wasn't in the nicest area of Blackpool. Nor value for money

Arrived to a lovely warm house and it was nice and cleaned. Good size parking area outside the property. Very spacious house, good size rooms

Had issues locking and unlocking the door to the property, would suggest having it fixed. Kitchen could do with more utensils, lack of saucepans, oven/baking trays, mixing bowls/measure jugs, kitchen knives/ serving/wooden spoons etc

The property is spacious and of high quality. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and helped with any questions.The beds were large and this apartment could sleep 6/8 people no problem,we didn’t use the kitchen so can’t really comment,only just to say there was everything there you need for a s/c holiday,overall was a lovely place to stay

The bins weren’t emptied,and the washer came on twice without us using it…
