La Dotta apartments - Via Guglielmo Marconi 24

Lovely clean apartment in close proximity to the Centre. The owner was a delight !

Heating was an issue as it’s on a timer and sometimes does not come on 🤫. The support staff had a bit of attitude unlike the owner!

The flat is walking distance/conveniently located between the train station and the town centre (if it's not raining). It is clean and plenty of towels are provided. It sports 2 double bedrooms for a good price compared to other more charming accommodations.

IMO it lacks a bit of charm and the location, although convenient because of the vicinity to the train station, attracts a mixed bag of people especially in the evening

Excellent location. V comfortable spacious bedrooms. Lovely decor throughout

No sitting room. V disappointing nowhere to sit and relax at end of a day. Kitchen poorly equipped. Would have been nice to have some water at least available when we arrived. No Kitchen towel, or basic cloths for cleaning.

The location was great for us. Midway between the train station and the main city area. So we could walk to both. The beds were large and very comfortable. Security was good. It was on the fifth floor (and had a lift )therefore it was quiet. Spotlessly clean too. Nice bathroom.

They compromised on the layout as it has two huge bedrooms but no lounge area ? No settee ?

The location was great and easy to find. It was a 12 minute stroll from both the train station and the statue of Neptune. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was good.

When we first arrived the lift was stuck with 2 American tourists inside so we had to carry our bags to the 5th floor. (The lift started working again just as we got into the apartment.)
