Love that the property is so close to malls and restaurants. Like everything is walking distance.

The hot water heater didnt really work much. It took a long time for it to heat.

location, the room was clean, elevator is fast, friendly personnel (reception)

the airco makes a lot of noise that i couldn’t sleep…to add, the owner/in charge is very difficult to reach….sent INCOMPLETE INFORMATION ABOUT MY STAY THAT MADE MY FIRST DAY VERY STRESSFUL (T4 R2424)…

We chooses this accommodation as we needed sleepover in Cebu city center. Very basic and dirty as per photos attached. Smell in the flat was disgusting. No value for money.

We were very happy with the property. It was very comfortable for two people. The location is excellent. The Wi-Fi is very fast and top-notch and consistent. The hot water in the shower was very dependable and refreshing. The sink in the kitchen does need a new faucet, but what was their work just fine. We would stay here again if needed. No cockroaches and no bedbugs.!!! Very happy with our three months stay here.

Kitchen sink needs a new faucet. We had no negative interactions whatsoever. The basket ball court was a big plus!

Very clean

An apartment in a tower block resembling a high security bank. I was never told guests would be made to sign-in and verify ID to gain entry. Imposing security and checks way beyond those of a hotel and this is listed as an apartment.
