Wir haben die Wohnung gebucht, um das Oktoberfest in Rollshausen besuchen zu können. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Wir mussten nur über die Straße gehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Betten sind bequem. Bis auf die ausgeschaltete Heizung haben wir uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt.

Die Wohnung war sehr kalt. Es wurde uns verboten, die Heizkörper zu betätigen. Wir haben unsere eigene Standheizung mitgebracht, damit wir nicht frieren mussten. Vielleicht sollte man nicht bei den Heizkosten geizen. So hoch sind Heizkosten auch nicht, dass deswegen ein Makel auf die ansonsten sehr gute Bewertung fällt.
