"Throughly enjoyable break"

The lodge was lovely. The living/kitchen area was really good. The bedrooms were great too. The beds were comfy. The hosts were great. We had a delay getting across on the ferry. Andria, our host, organised pizza and wine for our evening meal. Which was most appreciated. The lodge itself is outside Dunoon. The view across the water is stunning. We would love to come back again.

"Spectacular experience away from home."

From start to end the place was exactly what we wanted quiet and peaceful. Everything you needed for a wee family and the dog. Felt very at ease and relaxed. Hosts were so lovely our dog even got a goodie bag. Good old fashioned fun for the kids games beaches walks and all fantastic memories.

Andria and Lewis were very welcoming and helpful. The setting was absolutely beautiful and the Lodge was perfect. Loved our little stay here wished we could have stayed longer

"Not As Described"

The host and her son was very polite and hospitable.

Was not a new lodge Was not on the shore front It was at the bottom of the garden of the hosts home We couldn't see out of the bedroom windows because of large dead trees Hot water heater didn't work. It was on Shore Road but had to walk from the lodge down out of the rear garden through a tall gate and all the way down the hosts long front garden before you could see the water. Lighting in the lodge was very dull..

"Lovely place to stay"

Beautiful location, cosy cabin. Owners were lovely and really helpful. Lovely garden to sit in. Cabin had everything you would need . Easy location for cycling and plenty of space to store the bikes. Just right place for a walk to the local pub for Sunday lunch.

Nothing to not like. One day of rain!
