The view as soon as we entered the room it was breath taking

Wasn't enough sugar , had to find a plug for the bath,

The location is amazing and the apartment is comfortable for a family of four. The beds were quite comfy and the bathrooms lovely.

The car park is a bit tricky.

Great location relative to CBD and great views.

Super noisy between 22h00 and 02h00 (stayed 4 nights). Part of curtain derailed (unsure whether owner is aware - will inform owner though). Very poor service from wifi rooter in property. Good time to consider investing in Nespresso or equivalent coffee machine.

Amazing location with great views. Heated bathroom floors in the middle of winter were top.

Be aware there are parties at the pubs around every night. We didn't mind them at all but some might.

The location of this property is phenomenal! If this property is available and you don't rent it, you are making a mistake. The harbor views from every room, heated floors in the bathrooms, patios overlooking Viaduct harbor, proximity to the restaurants in Viaduct harbor, and the parking garage in the building were fantastic. This was the best property that we stayed in for our visit to New Zealand and Australia. Having multiple full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the room was a huge benefit for us.

The property is on the second floor so noise from the bars and restaurants in the evening was the only minor issue that we experienced.

nice harbour view and convenient with all the restaurants nearby walking distance.

during the weekend the music from the nearby bar can be noisy till 3am
