The property was well maintained and very clean. The staff member Vijay was very cooperative and courteous. When the streets were flooded up to waist high water level during the cyclone on 30 Nov, we were worried how to enter the apartment. However Vijay arranged alternate accommodation nearby and made sure our stay was comfortable.

The area is prone to water stagnation during a cyclone / heavy rains though the property itself is safe. However the streets are flooded.
