Location is just more than perfect and the host is so generous. He was there to solve little problems like wifi was not working and he have given me itinerary about what to do and where to go in Budapest.

Location, host was helpfull, telling us where to go and what to visit in Budapest. The check in instructions were detailed.

Appartment looks, much much better on pictures. As we entered we started to conforting ourselves that we'll just stay there 2 nights and we'll just sleep. The smell of moisture is present in appartment, and mold is visable on wall. When we opened garden door, there was a beer bottle on the table and plastic cup with smoked cigarettes (ashtray). One side of towel hanger in bathroom was not attached to the wall. When you open a water in bathroom, sounded like you started a propeller, and shower tube was sprinkling water everywhere. Cutlery was poor and wine opener broken. Liquid for washing dishes was in plastic cup not in a doser or original package. Auxilliary bed was uncomfortable. Old TV hanger was left on cuppboard, and when we moved artificial flowers, it was place that had not seen a broom for a long time. Final impression of that place is that we wouldn't return even if paid us to stay.

Excellent location, had everything we needed.

The apartment was clean and had all the kitchenette items, although would recommend to get your own toiletries..proper toiletries were not provided. Overall stay was good, they also allowed us to keep our bags early as we had arrived early, that was helpful.

Everything is great, check in is super simple.

We arrived late afternoon, but it was not problem at check-in. Also late (11 AM) check-out was better than the earlier at other places. I also liked the communication of the host.

While having a shower, some water came out from the bath tub as the movable glass wall not wide enough. I think, a curtain would be better.

So I want to start my review from owner, this man will support you any time or any problem, if you need something you can ask him. That place have good location, also close to tramway or bus stop. This is quite place, but it very good district to explore Budapest bar culture, a lot of bar, club or high level restaurants or branches. WiFi working perfectly, you can work from home, AC also worked good. You have also washer in apartment, so it's almost like your home.
