The location Heaters were working great

Staff not friendly and not responsive Visited for 3 nights they sent me a wrong code Kept me waiting in the cold for 1 hour and didn’t want to send someone over. Then they sent me correct code after freezing. Only 1 towel available for each person. Duvet had some stains.

The location and the clean room

Very uncomfortable beds. But the worst was the very bad communication with the administration officers. They gave us wrong codes to enter the building. We were there in our check in time, trying wrong codes outside in the cold weather, holding two small children on us. We called them, the first operator said that they would call us back, they never did. We called back again to listen to confusing and different instructions. Then they sent different codes... Very disappointing and uncomfortable

Bis auf das, dass sie zentral lag, leider nichts mehr.

Das Viertel war voll mit Obdachlosen und Alkoholikern, das Stiegenhaus Einbruchsgefährdet, die Türen und Wände sehr dünn, bei unseren Nachbarn wurde eingebrochen und Geld und Wertsachen gestohlen. Es war im allgemeinen sehr schmutzig. Ab Bett war staub, am Boden fremde Haare, im Bad überall Kalkflecken.

La cama era incomoda

The pillow are the only thing, they are terrible.

Apartment was a bit cold, could not see a remote for the aircon. Otherwise nice apartment and location, close to centrum
