Riad Ziya - Private very close to Jamaa El Fna

The riad was amazing, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Each room had its own AC, which made our stay very comfortable. A special thanks to Aicha, the housekeeper, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and kept everything spotless throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Khalil, who welcomed us warmly and was very professional, polite, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, the property was well-equipped, and the location was excellent, very close to Jemaa El Fna while still being peaceful and relaxing. كانت إقامتنا في الرياض رائعة جدًا. المكان نظيف للغاية، جميل التصميم، ومرتب بعناية. وجود مكيف في كل غرفة جعل الإقامة مريحة جدًا، كما أن الرياض مجهز بكل ما يحتاجه الضيوف. نتوجه بشكر خاص إلى السيدة عائشة، مدبرة المنزل، التي كانت في غاية اللطف والاهتمام، وحافظت على نظافة المكان بشكل ممتاز طوال فترة إقامتنا. كما نشكر الأستاذ خليل على حسن الاستقبال؛ فقد كان محترمًا جدًا، لبقًا، متعاونًا، وحرص على تقديم المساعدة منذ لحظة وصولنا. الفطور كان لذيذًا، والموقع ممتاز وقريب جدًا من ساحة جامع الفنا، وفي الوقت نفسه هادئ ومريح ملاحظة يوجد شطافات في دورات المياة

The only downside was that the riad has several floors and stairs, which may not be suitable for elderly guests or people with mobility issues. Other than that, everything was excellent. العيب الوحيد هو وجود عدة طوابق وسلالم، مما قد لا يكون مناسبًا لكبار السن أو الأشخاص الذين يعانون من صعوبة في الحركة. بخلاف ذلك، كانت كل الأمور ممتازة

Le petit déjeuner etait tout simplement génail. Le contact avec les hotes est parfait. grande gentillesse et tres professionel. j'ai beaucoup apprécie aussi ke fait de pouvoir laissé les valises dans le riad le dernier jour avant de rejoindre l'aéroport.

Location is great near at the centre. And all the staff are so helpful. Aisha and fatima did a great job for maintaining the riad clean, the guy who welcomed us is so polite. And big thanks also to the host, she accomodated all our request and was so helpful.

I think there are some things to upgrade, especially the toilette downstairs, and we suggest to have different kinds of breakfast everyday. But overall it was a great stay!

Die Unterkunft ist kleiner, als es der Eindruck auf den Bildern erscheinen lässt. Und leider war die Anzahl der Treppensteigen viel höher als erwartet.

Cleaning lady who also makes the breakfast every morning is the sweetest soul on this planet! I highly recommend this place :)

Oualid was very informative and helpful before we arrived to the riad and throughout our stay. Thank you! Aicha was a wonderful aunty to both us and our children, she took great care to nourish us with lovely breakfast, and keep our riad clean and showed lots of love to our children. Thank you!

We did think a few things needed fixing ahead of our visit; the shower pipe and the toilet roll holder as well.

Very stylish and nicely decorated. The lady who come make us breakfast everyday was very nice! She makes nice cake!!

The shower door cannot be closed properly so water everywhere. The bathroom door can’t be locked. There is no door in the bath area. Many stairs and might be difficult for old people.
