A casa di Cilu - Centro Storico

I recently stayed at this wonderful property and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We had a late check-in at 1:30 AM, which was no problem at all. Many amenities are controlled remotely by the host, adding a modern touch to our stay. To top it off, there were refreshments available in the fridge for a small fee, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

However, we did find it unsettling that there was a camera inside the house, even though it was only in the hallway. The second bathroom was adjacent to this area, which was a bit concerning. Also, the immediate neighborhood outside of the property was not clean, with a noticeable amount of litter, especially where we parked our car. It was a shame, considering how beautiful the city is. Overall, despite these issues, our stay at the property itself was pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and very clean. The host was pleasant and helpful. The apartment is within easy walking distance of Palermo's sights and is near a train station with trains to and from the airport, which is very convenient.

The apartment is on the edge of an area which doesn't feel safe in the evening. It's fine though if you walk to it directly from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, and in daylight there's no problem. Just something to be aware of though in the evening.

Location was good. Vincenzo was very helpful. Facilities in the apartment were good, well stocked mini bar. Plenty of bottled water in the fridge. Made to fell very welcome.

Vincenzo was very helpful and gave us lots of suggestions for places to eat and visit. He answered any questions quickly. Location was great being about 15 minutes to the cathedral

The apartment was like an oasis in a very authentic part of Palermo. It was a beautiful place to relax at the end of the day. The location was great for all the sights we were able to walk everywhere. Everything was clean and very well equipped.

Could be a little noisy but that’s Palermo.

Location is great walking distance to all the attractions in the city, clean and a spacious apartment. Vincenzo is the best- he is very kind and super helpful.

This part of town, including the buildings is old and very run down but the apartment is a gem.
