Great location. Everything clean with the exception of the bathroom which is beyond unacceptable.

The bathroom is a disgrace. The shower does not drain, it’s exceptionally mouldy and causes a stench. The switch labelled towel rail disables the shower not the towel rail. The sink taps are connected the wrong way which could potentially scold someone. We got woken at 6:45 on Saturday with a fire alarm. The particulars do a great job at masking it’s a basement and as a tall person it was uncomfortable. And finally why is the incorrect and worst parking space the one we had to use.

"Nice place to stay"

Good communication prior to arrival of instructions how to enter property where to park. Location was good. About 10min walk to centre of city. But quiet, residential area. Nicely presented flat. Large living room and bedroom. Huge bed space. Good TV options. Thoughtful gift of 3 biscuits and the 2 coffees for the machine. Plenty of hot water, a little too hot though. I accidentally scalded my hand in the bathroom sink.

Low ceilings. My husband is 6ft 1 and his head was brushing the ceiling in the kitchen. He couldn't stand up fully in the shower. On closer inspection items were a bit grubby. The kettle lid was dirty. No parking permit. Apparently lost by previous occupants. Bit of an inconvenience as had planned for family members to leave their car with us and all walk into city together. Found the bedroom hot and stuffy, especially at night. There is a skylight but as it's a basement flat, it provides access at ground level. Felt a bit unsafe leaving it open at night. Shower was good, plenty of hot water but slow draining.
