MYMYThe host was very responsive and helpful. The check in process was smooth with no difficulty. The house was clean and cozy. The towels and prayer mats that we requested were there when we arrived. The facilities can be accessed with ease.
There was only 1 access key card so it's a bit inconvenient for us to go out separately. The shower head's mode can't be adjusted, difficult to control the water pressure when bathing. It would be nice if the host could provide extra garbage bags for us to change after we threw the garbage for the day.
MYMYI had the pleasure of staying in a high-rise apartment on Level 34, and it was a great experience. The balcony offered a stunning view, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The room itself was very spacious, providing plenty of comfort and freedom to move around. If I ever visit Setia Alam again, I would definitely choose to stay here!
While there were minor inconveniences, like the cold floor and no slippers provided, the rest of the stay was very satisfactory.
MYMYCleanliness, Facilities, Location. Everything was good starting from check in until check out. Easy access to Setia City Mall, really love it. Recommended stay for family with kids.

MYMYThe host Mandy and team is very freindly, they provide us very good service. The room is very clean, got complete cooking utensil, water filter dispenser & washing machine with dryer and etc.The location is very strategic, nearby Setia City Mall.You may walk from Trefoil Level 3 to Setia City Mall with the Link Bridge..no need drive to go there. Easy to find food, nearby also got food truck/like uptown. Trefoil also provide enough facility, even as a guest, we able to get free acces to their gym, swimming pool, jogging track & kids playground. My child enjoy swimming and play at the playground. Here is very kids friendly, my child love it and request me to repeat stay here next time.
