Location very near to IOI Resort City Mall.

Of all Airbnb we have been staying, this unit was the worst that we have ever stayed! 1. Confused guided to get the house tag at the eMart24 which is 2 mins driving distance from the condo. Dropped off was confusing, no proper guide to the mailbox for tower C. 2. Direction to the carpark is unclear, we were searching for the P1 carpark entrance for almost 15 mins, until we asked the guard. 3. Head bedframe is not clean in 2nd and 3rd room. I wiped it with wet tissue, it's completely dark and full of dirt and dust. 4. Blanket seems like not wash for a long time, dusty and we all felt itchy during the night when covered the blanket and I can slept well because of that. 5. Toilet tissue is not in the toilet but putting outside at the kitchen. We have to go out again to search for the toilet paper. 6. 2nd toilet light keeps blinking non-stop. 7. Both toilet do not have clothes hook to hang the clothes, we have to put our clean clothes on top of the toilet bowl. 8. Pillow is way too soft, not support our heads and no extra pillows. 9. Bed and sofa is not clean and have dirty stain on it. 10. Iron board broken. 11. Utensils at the kitchen very dirty and got stain on it, we were afraid of using it. 12. 2nd toilet cover is broken, it keep dropping when we sit on it! The unit is lack of maintenance! If the owner really want to continue the Airbnb, the owner really should do it properly!

Check in was slightly complicated. It was our first time checking without meeting a someone in person. Was given a pdf of instructions (english is the their second language so it wasnt very clear) to drive to box collection. And how to enter the apartment. The key cards were a nightmare to use. Very temperamental, most times it didn't work, we would be hovering multiple times over the sensor just to get the lift the work or the apartment door to open. We got stuck in the lift once and melted whilst waiting for rescue. Swimming pool was incredibly though. And ioi mall was walking distance with a shaded walk way. Washing machine was good, just needed a place to hanging the wet washing clothes.

There were stains on the bed and pillows, and my daughter was afraid to sleep. The pool was not allowed to swim if it was not raining, and they were disappointed that they could only swim when the sun was very hot, and that the children could not swim after changing into swimsuits.
