Accommodation is super good in terms of location and safety. The facilities are very good, and the host is always attentive for any support. We had a great time being there and look forward to the next stay.

The host never answered the phone, and we were left with no choice but to find another place to stay at 10 PM. Prior to our arrival, the host sent multiple messages asking me to cancel the reservation and pay him in cash instead. This behavior is highly suspicious and unprofessional. I would not recommend this host to anyone and would advise future guests to be cautious.

The landlord communicated clearly via WhatsApp. We found the apartment easily by following his instructions. The location is good, close to the metro and all amenities. A very authentic apartment in a traditional building, well equipped and stylishly furnished with good taste.

The neighborhood is a bit noisy, as it is an old building, you can hear neighbors closing the doors, walking up the stairs or watching TV. Also, if you sleep on the sofa in the living room, the fridge can be quite noisy at night. In the kitchen, we found all the necessary equipment except for a wine opener ;-) It would also be nice to have some more wardrobes or shelves to store our belongings.

A estadia foi excelente! O apartamento é muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos de Lisboa. Tudo estava extremamente limpo e organizado, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência. O atendimento do anfitrião também foi impecável, sempre muito atencioso, prestativo e disponível para ajudar no que fosse necessário. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo!

Antes da estadia, o responsável pela acomodação nos mandou mensagem perguntando se eu não gostaria de fazer o pagamento por fora da plataforma para recebimento de desconto. Não aceitei. No dia anterior a minha chegada, perguntei quanto as informações de check in e fui informada que seriam me repassadas posteriormente. Quando chegamos ao aeroporto de Lisboa, o responsável simplesmente informou via WhatsApp que tinha cancelado minha reserva. Foi muito estressante e tivemos que conseguir uma nova acomodação em tempo recorde.

Lovely eclectic apartment with tiled sun room with windows that open, perfect for enjoying a coffee with friends and listening to the varied amount of Spanish birds. Amazing shower with built-in large ceiling rainshower and separate hand shower wand. Additional convenient 2 piece bathroom. Good amount of room for 5 people (utilizing sofabed) with living room, dining room and high ceilings. Great for maintaining quiet in kitchen due to the ability to close the narrow French doors. All amenities: coffee maker, kettle, washer, dishwasher and standard kitchen appliances. Plus many others. Lovely plush towels and crisp linens. We only stayed one night but it would be great for a multi night stay due to all of the in apartment facilities and also close walking distance to local restaurants and grocery stores with friendly staff.

There was a small miscommunication with the bed type configuration that we solved on our own.
