"A pleasant, comfortable stay with a spacious apartment and beautiful sea view"

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. Towels and toothbrushes were provided, which we appreciated. We loved the sea view, the toilet was super clean, the air conditioners worked well, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The property owners were very attentive, responded quickly to enquiries, and provided clear guides.

One small suggestion would be to improve the living room couch, as it was covered to conceal some damage. Offering complimentary parking for one car would also be a nice addition

The apartment was absolutely wonderful—very clean, modern, and well maintained. The location is perfect, close to Suria Mall, Gaya Street, and the jetty, making it very convenient to explore Kota Kinabalu. The unit was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The view and overall ambience made us feel relaxed and at home.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met and even exceeded our expectations.

The place is so comfy. Friendly check in and very helpful. The facility in the apartment is complete and i just love it!

No cleaner to clean our room but its ok understood on that.

Location is amazing. The washer dryer in unit is also a good bonus. The view from unit is great.

The elevator is a bit congested during peak hour but nothing too bad really.
