Very clean and comfortable

It can be quite loud since it’s next to the street but the bus station is right in front of the building so going into the city is super convenient

I had a cabin which was snug and comfortable and provided me with privacy. The bus stop into the centre of Auckland was within yards of the property. Helena was a very good and fair manager.

The noise from the traffic. This was probably exceptional as there were major roadworks directly outside at the time of my stay.
