3 Bedroom Cottage minutes walk from town, harbour & Beaches.

The location and street are first class, and it's a pretty cottage.

I found it very basic and claustraphobic compared to other cottages we have stayed in st ives. The third bedroom had to be accessed from the street with 2 keys so cottage not suitable for young families as was cut off from house. Zero hot water in kitchen, shower downstairs went from freezing to scalding every 30 second so was unusable.

Location is fabulous and the cottage quaint with many good facilities. The linen was supplied as were the towels, which were very good quality. Very comfy sitting room with a television and broadband. Bedrooms were good and clean. The kitchen had modern facilities and was clean. I enjoyed cooking in it.

The cottage needs more cooking equipment ( a large frying pan). No second bathroom in main part of the cottage. The third bedroom and second bathroom is located in the an artists' studio under the main part of the house which only had a street entry (no entry via the main cottage). I would have liked a sweep and or a bucket and mop, as sand gets everywhere. We did not have a book of instruction but we were able to work stuff out.

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of St. Ives, in a super cute quiet little back street. The kitchen was super well equipped and everything worked as expected. We had one issue on arrival which was immediately sorted by our hosts. Overall the place is cozy but enough space for everyone to be comfortable.

Not really a criticism but just to make clear that this is two double bedrooms and one room with a bunk bed which is a little tight for a tall adult.

Great location in St Ives

The parking / vehicle access is a bit of a pain.

Location was the best- close to beach, harbor, food, Tate, shopping.

A few amenities- trash cans in bathrooms, mixing bowls, instructions on hot water for kitchen, location of parking.

How close it was to the town. Upstair apartment was great, just could have been better for the amount they charged.

The down stairs bedroom is a completely separate room to the rest of the house. That was not made clear when we paid. Down stairs room was very damp. Upstairs was not cleaned to a good standard, sand on floor, and looked like it needed a mop but didn't get one before we came.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Small but all you need. Everyone in town is very nice and helpful.

Please note that thia is not a 3 bedroom cottage but a two bedroom. We are a family of 5 with 3 kids and one had to sleep in the living room when we thought there were 3 bedrooms.
