"Not so great."

Close to the beach.

Floors were dirty. The couch needed to be cleaned. Only given 2 thin towels per guest, had to do laundry most every day. Laundry cost $8 per load. You have to purchase it on an app with no refunds for unused deposit.

"Good location. Dated property."

Location was great. Off the Main Street so a little quieter.

Elevators were horrible. Up to 20 minute wait at times. Not all elevators were operating and needed to be running for how busy it was.

Very clean and updated! Newer air conditioner which is way better than other units at the Banyan which is the old school window type.

Not enough parking spaces for taller trucks. Need to remove the 15min loading to allow more spots.
