Lovely Studio with Pool & Private Balcony in La Roma - Alure

It was not too easy mainly because the lockbox was a big hard to figure out, also ive never used a lockbox like this before so also user error. It was just awkward to use.

SECURITY!!! OMG security is some of the worst there. cant remember her name but there was one security guard in particular who had an attitude. upset bc I got food delivered, upset bc i asked to use the gym, upset bc she had to open the main lobby door for me. That ruined the experience. I actually wouldnt stay here again bc of the security guards.

Location and size of apartment

Little dirty, the balcony had absolutely no view other than into other apartment livingroom Windows

The location was great, just where we wanted to be. The studio was just as described on the Booking.com website. Not much space for clothes/belongings but it was all ok. We really enjoyed having Netflix available until it stopped working the night before we left. We had a comfortable relaxing stay.

Communication with the hosts was difficult, they were not responsive to any questions we had, it felt like it was being managed by AI rather than people. We had a major issue getting access to the property which was resolved by support from a relative who speaks good Spanish - none of the 3 numbers provided by the host team were answered.

It is a really nice apartment and the location is ideal to explore México City. Cool building as well - the rooftop is a great place to have an arvo beer on.

Just the cleanliness. Just minor things like there was a half open water and juice bottles in the fridge still. Bit of mould in the bathroom but didn’t mind too much

Location. Being able to accomodate me in an alternative place after an initial mishap.

The place was not ready to receive guests. Cleaning from last guest did not take place when I had arrived.

The location

The apartment and hallways smelled overwhelmingly of cleaning products. My eyes were burning due to poor ventilation.

Locations amazing close to restaurants, cafes, bars and the park. Nice modern room. Building has a gym.

Doesn’t have air con, it has a large fan which helps but is very loud, hot without the fan. Can’t really open the blinds as everyone else can see in. Also the blinds aren’t blockout blinds, so a lot of light comes in from other apartments. Would have also liked more toiletries provided.
