The location is good,the host is good

The bed a litte hard and the no place to hang clothes

Just near market

Not clean It's feel so bad The blanket so dirty and the bathroom so wet Not to stay here again.. Parking have to paid

The location and all the facilities nearby.suitable for family trip.

pool closed for most of our stay, beyond control of owner, but it is an amenity that we were looking for. also it closed at 6:30 !! Too early! Beds were very hard and the unit could use some more kitchen wares…real cutlery, bowls, a couple of small pots.

In description stated washing machine, but when we looked and asked the admin, they said on the ground floor. suggest to remove the unavailable item in the room/apartment.

1. Kitchen Utensil is not complete. Very inconvenient for local & tourist who came from far. 2. Insufficient of rubbish bin. Owner blamed us threw too much of tissue inside of the toilet bowl until it stucked. (In this case, our deposit has been deducted RM50) - SHOULD THROW THE TISSUE ON THE FLOOR 3. No make up table in the room. Even any small table. (Maybe kota kinabalu have no furniture shop) 4. Have Shower gel but no shampoo. (I think owner have insufficient fund to buy shampoo)

The appt was clean and in a very good position in the town, easy walking distance to all local restaurants and bars.

There was only 1 coffee cup for the four of us to share, the beds are so hard it would be better to sleep on the floor.
