"Excellent stay"

Really well decorated and close to several shops and restaurants. Easy check in, very comfy beds and a lovely patio. Great value. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us which was very thoughtful, and decent coffee! Really enjoyed our stay.

Only a couple of minor things - no plug for the bath and couldn't get water hotter than lukewarm. Would definitely recommend booking however!

"So-so experience at a convenient location near the airport."

Our experience wasn't great, but if you're flying from Heraklion airport it is a convenient location, about 10 mins drive from the airport, ground floor makes it accessible and should be perfect for a quick overnight stop before/after a flight. Communication was nice although we did have a problem syncing to get entry on arrival, having missed one message on this platform. Wi-Fi worked fine. We wish the hosts much success with this property, and hope that our experience was atypical.

The bedrooms had a very strong smoke odor, maybe due to someone smoking on the closed terrace with windows open - as we had 2 kids for both bedrooms that was unpleasant for us. Then there were no hot water in the morning before the flight (we did message beforehand and were informed there are hot water 24/7) so shower/shaving, etc... was a challenge. The pictures looks great, but in reality was different (eg 1 coffee capsule, not rows as presented) and the fridge had a used almost empty carton of milk, half used wine & yogurt, etc... These are all fixable things that can help upgrade this property, but as we come to Crete very frequently, we know the value and experience we aim for.

New and comfortable apartment, very kind and welcoming hosts. The property had everything you need for a stay, including, tea, coffe and other small things. Perfect for the aeroport.

Pillows could be smaller, but really not an issue

Erini and George went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us, especially as we were travelling with a toddler at night. The wonderful apartament, surrounded by green and terraces, is matching the awesomeness of the hosts.
